About me
Hi, I'm Caio! Developer since 2021, always seeking to improve my work and have fun learning new things - especially with the bugs that give me that little headache (and a touch of adrenaline).
I enjoy working on both front-end and back-end. Each side has its challenges, and this complete view helps me be more consistent. I love seeing a project come to life and actually work, from the interface to the behind-the-scenes.
I've always been curious, so I'm always learning something new - whether it's a different technology or a better way to solve an old problem.
I'm currently looking for an opportunity as an intern or junior developer where I can contribute to the team and keep evolving. I believe the best way to grow is by getting hands-on with real projects.
When I'm not programming, I enjoy cooking, competitive gaming, and exploring new technologies. This curiosity about technology has been with me since childhood, and I adapt well to new environments and tools.
Achievements
Hackaton UniAnchieta 2024 - 2nd place
An MVP of a platform for integrated onboarding of new employees was created, centralizing documents, items, and policies in a single location and using an AI chat to assist employees in navigating and using the platform.

- Support and Development Activities: started in the support area to gain knowledge of internal workflows, modules, and quality processes, later transitioning to development tasks within the system’s microservices.
- Maintenance and Feature Implementation: worked on minor real-world tasks such as bug fixes, translation adjustments, and the addition or modification of functionalities in existing services, always under the guidance of a senior developer.
- Microservices Architecture: contributed to a system built with multiple microservices, leveraging Java 8, Spring Boot, JPA, Eureka, and API Gateway, deployed on JBoss, and integrated with SQL Server and Oracle databases.

- Feature Development & Maintenance: implemented new features and ensured continuous maintenance of the platform, working on functionalities such as document, teacher, student, and schedule management, as well as UI components including pop-ups, modals, banners, and marketing promotion tools.

- Team Collaboration: worked closely with two other developers (backend and frontend support), actively participating in agile ceremonies (Scrum), sprint planning, code reviews, and pair programming sessions.
